- This appears to be a very active newsgroup, so maybe you can help
- me with a little niggle I have with my system. My basic problem is that
- my WB Time program, in Prefs, doesnt save the time! I have a Gasteiner 4MEG
- upgrade in my A1200 trapdoor, with real-time clock fitted. When I boot
- up, the clock always starts at 1st january, 1978.
-
- The clock still keeps time, and if I change the time in prefs it
- updates, but the problem will be back nexttime I boot. I had a snoop with
- DOpus, and I found that most of the other prefs programs save a file
- called *.prefs in Env-Archive/Sys, but there is no file called time.prefs.
- Does this mean I have a faulty version of the Time prefs program, or is
- my memory expansion to blame?
-
- I am but a humble musician, and although I know my way around my
- miggy fairly well, this one has me stumped! Any ideas, possible
- solutions, or sympathetic messages will be much appreciated..
